Really good Riad Experience!
local mobile phone luggage assistance airport transfer service excellent hospitality
I was provided a local mobile phone. This let me easily contact the staff whenever i needed something. mohammed greeted me to assist with my luggage upon arrival. The same courtesy was extended on my departure. i particularly valued the airport transfers, as navigating to the location can be challenging. sara and the team ensured my stay was seamless. Their hospitality was excellent.
the rooftop plunge pool lacked sufficient shading, difficult to use comfortably during peak sunlight hours.

Breakfast was excellent and it included fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and a choice of eggs. It was served by attentive staff. breakfast could be enjoyed either downstairs by the decorative pool or on the rooftop deck. they even accommodated an early departure one morning with a specially arranged breakfast.

The location is very close to the main square. It still provides a peaceful retreat. mohammed met me in the square to assist with luggage upon arrival and also on departure. This made arrival easy. it is convenient to various attractions.

The rooftop terrace features a plunge pool and a bar. It is a perfect respite in the afternoon. a local phone was given to me to use. It was a great bonus for navigation and contacting staff. this hotel had character. Spending time there was enjoyable.

Sara and her team were very good too. I am grateful. mohammed was good. He provided recommendations and had excellent knowledge of the area. the staff's attentiveness ensured a nice experience.

The suite i booked was spacious. The bed easily accommodated two people. the bathroom and shower were superb. White towels and linen bedlinen were provided. bottled water was in the room. air conditioning proved essential. It was very effective in hot weather.

a pleasant experience
attentive staff convenient location dim bathroom noticeable street
the location was quite convenient for exploring the medina. the staff were attentive and always available to assist with any requests. the riad itself provided a tranquil escape from the lively streets. breakfast was served daily on the rooftop terrace.
the bathroom lighting was somewhat dim, and i found it challenging to see clearly. noise from nearby streets was noticeable, especially during the early morning hours. this disrupted the quiet i expected.
